If you have trouble signing in, please follow these steps to clear the cookies for our gateway in order to log in successfully:
1. Click on the 3 dots in the right hand corner and select Settings
2. In the search bar, type ‘Site Settings’ and click on it.
3. Click on Cookies and Site Data
4. Click on See All Cookies And Site Data
5. Type the gateway URL WITHOUT https or http (e.g. secure.metromerchantgateway.com)
6. In the results, click on the trash icon to clear the cookies for just that site.
